Each formulation has a natural arc — six weeks for the serum, eight to ten for the cream, depending on how it's used. Set the cadence at checkout, change it any time from your account, and pause or cancel before the next ship date. There is no minimum commitment, no auto-bundling, and no quiet price increase between deliveries.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can pause or cancel after the first shipment, from your account, in two clicks. We don't make cancellation difficult on principle.
How do I change my cadence?
Sign in to your account, open the subscription, and adjust the interval. Changes apply to the next ship date as long as they're made 48 hours in advance.
Can I skip a shipment without cancelling?
Yes. Use the "skip next" control from your account. The rhythm resumes automatically after the skipped month.
What if I want to swap products?
You can add, remove, or swap items within an active subscription. The 10% discount applies to whatever is in the box at the time of dispatch.
How is billing handled?
Your card is charged the day before each shipment, never sooner. We email a notice 48 hours before each charge so nothing arrives by surprise.
Do you offer subscriptions outside CA/US?
Subscriptions are currently available within Canada and the United States. International ritual orders ship one-off through standard checkout — write to us if you'd like to be notified when this changes.
