Take the Skin Check

How do you care for your skin in menopause?

Menopause skincare starts with your skin's barrier. As estrogen falls, skin makes less of its own oils and collagen, so it loses water faster and reacts more easily. A gentle cleanser, fats your skin recognizes, daily sunscreen and fewer, better products help more than any single miracle cream.

This guide walks you through each of those, one short chapter at a time.

A note from Barbi

Menopause is part of our natural evolution as women.

When my skin started changing in my forties, nothing I had trusted for twenty-five years worked anymore. When I went looking for answers, I was dismissed. So I went and studied it: first as a cosmetic formulator, then as a certified menopause coach.

This guide is the conversation I wish someone had had with me at forty-five. It answers two questions: why is my skin changing, and what can I do about it?

It is not a guide to Philogeni products. It's a guide to understanding what your skin is going through, so you can care for it with confidence, whichever products you choose.

With love, Barbi
